A Galaxy Beyond Skilled Gaming Participation Program
Program Overview
Gambling is strictly prohibited in A Galaxy Beyond and operating, or participating in, a game of chance that provides a Galaxy Dollar payout is a violation of our Terms of Service. However, games of skill are legally permitted in many jurisdictions, and A Galaxy Beyond's Skill Gaming Policy establishes that skill games offering Galaxy Dollar payouts will be allowed, but each game, its creator, its operator, and the region on which it is operated must be approved by Virtual World Research, Inc. Additionally, access to skill games offering Galaxy Dollar payouts will be limited to A Galaxy Beyond users who are of sufficient age and are located in a jurisdiction that Virtual World Research, Inc. permits for this type of online gaming activity. Program Participants
This page provides the list of approved skill gaming creators and their approved games, as well as the list of approved operators, their approved games, and the regions on which they are permitted to operate their approved games. This page also describes the requirements any A Galaxy Beyond user must satisfy in order to access a Skill Gaming Region.

Authorized Participants
Only users that meet the criteria for Skill Gaming are permitted to access Skill Gaming Regions and participate in Skill Gaming in A Galaxy Beyond. Participation is limited to residents who are at least 19 years of age and do not reside in a prohibited state. Please review the list of prohibited states below to see if you can participate.
